The "Global Majority": Systemic Discrimination Against Whites in UK Government Jobs
How academia is setting the stage for genocide
People on social media are rightly lambasting the City of Westminster, located in the heart of London, for actively discriminating against white applicants in a job listing for an executive assistant. Who do they want to hire? Someone from the alleged "Global Majority."
The job listing includes a ludicrous, long-winded paragraph explaining exactly what they want:
people who are Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and or have been racialised as ’ethnic minorities’ (formally known as B.A.M.E, Black, Asian and multiple ethnic)

If you are from a Global Majority background you can self-declare this to the hiring manager as part of our positive action commitments.
And they claim that given two candidates of "equal merit," they will choose Anybody But the White Person.
This is in the UK, which is a native land for Caucasians.
First of all, there are never two candidates of exactly "equal" merit. One candidate will have a slight edge for various reasons...better interviewing skills, or a more pertinent job history.
This job advertising is basically a rambling way of saying "Whites Need Not Apply." The City of Westminster has already decided they don’t want a white person in the position, and if you are a white person and for some reason you did get hired, you can expect a potentially hostile workplace.
We should also note here that "women" are not included in the desired applicants. Previously white women benefited from diversity hiring, but they are quickly being shafted for non-white anybody. AWFULs (Affluent White Female Urban Liberals) haven’t fully felt the brunt of the New Discrimination like white men have, but it’s here now. Will they vote differently once they start losing their jobs? We’ll see.
Increasingly, woke people are trying to figure out bigger and "better" ways of saying "Everybody But White People." Here in the US, the historic term was "minorities." Now that they’ve purposefully opened the borders, the US is on track to have whites become the minority. So they need a new name.
For a while, "people of color" was the preferred term of "minorities." For some reason, this has now fallen out of favor.
One of the popular new names in the US is "BIPOC," which stands for Black, Indigenous, People of Color, but that’s a bit nonsensical. Are they saying Blacks (now with a Capital B) are not also people of color? (Technically, white people are too. In reality, whites are porcelain, peach, or olive people. Personally, I identify as an Olive person.) The UK used to use BAME, as mentioned in the job description, but I guess that’s passe now too.
The Global Majority is now a preferred term in many quarters. Where does it come from? From bitter, envious leftist academics who hide their hatred, self-hatred, and racism in a lot of fluffy language.

The concept of "colonialism" in modern academic discourse is primarily targeted at grievances related to the recent British conquest of much of the world the 1800s. It doesn’t care about the colonialism of the Mongols, the Ottomans, the Muslims, or the Japanese during WWII. All they care about is white colonialism.
There is oddly a thread of racism in their own analysis, because when woke academics call the so-called non-Eurocentric countries "developing," they make them out to be "less than" and imply that the Western idea of material success is more important than other things, such as strong communities.
The idea of "historically marginalized non-white populations" is also racist and myopic, as it ignores thousands of years of civilization in places like India and China. It ignores the Ethiopian empire of yore. It falsely portrays white people as somehow controlling the entire world for thousands of years, when the British colonial period is but a blip in history.
Why focus so heavily on white colonialism?
Leftist racism is built on two things: looking down on the groups they claim to help and envy. So they simultaneously act like the so-called oppressed are inferior while blaming the supposedly superior group for oppression. It’s a racism that is built heavily on grievance and group jealousy.
In short, it’s the same character issue that led to the Nazi’s attempted extinction of the Jews. It’s no accident that leftist academics quickly picked up the banner of the Palestinians and vilified Israeli Jews. Leftist racism is built on the following formula:
Oppressor has more stuff than the inferior group has because it stole from and oppressed the inferior group, which is incapable of helping itself without taking stuff back through force.
This justifies the genocide of people like the Jews.
I want to make it clear, I don’t believe people of the so-called Global South are inferior. I do believe that leftist academics deep down inside think they are.
It makes no sense to single out whites on a global scale, unless you have nefarious purposes. The language shift to “global majority” is ominous.
It’s ominous, because language like this is used to justify genocide.
