Trump Signs No Men in Women’s Sports Executive Order

Males identifying as woman will no longer dominate women’s sports

Today, President Trump issued an executive order titled Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports, which will introduce substantial changes to gender-based sports policies across the nation. The order mandates federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, to interpret Title IX rules as preventing transgender girls and women - biological males - from participating in female sports categories.

The directive will require immediate enforcement, specifically targeting schools and athletic associations that fail to provide women with genuine single-sex sports and female-only locker rooms. State attorneys general will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing best practices to ensure compliance with the new mandate. Schools and colleges that resist the order will lose federal funding.

The White House also anticipates sports organizations such as the NCAA and the Olympics to revise their rules to align with the order once it is signed.
