The reason why I am more inclined to think it is Russia right now is the timing (November 18). Although I did also explain in the first analysis there was likely a mix of actors (alien, human, possibly). So some could be NHI and some Russian and some ours. But if I were to go with the more obvious "mundane" explanation, it's Russia with advanced technology that we are not aware of.
